1. Hiring
The file is filled in.
The employee fills in their details and uploads documents online. The contract is generated from a template and signed electronically.
2. REGES
The contract reaches the register.
Data goes to REGES-Online automatically and directly, with no manual entry.
3. Time tracking
The first working day.
The employee clocks in. Shifts, leave and overtime are managed in the same platform.
4. Payroll
The month closes.
Hours worked and absences reach the payroll software through the API or by export.

Does Creasoft HR calculate salaries?
The Creasoft Payroll module is in development. In the meantime, you can send time tracking data to the payroll software you already use.
Can I buy personnel administration only, without time tracking?
Yes. The Personnel Administration module can be contracted separately, at EUR 1 per employee per month.
Where is the data hosted?
In the Microsoft Azure cloud. Access is through a secure web interface, with role-based rights. Creasoft is ISO 27001 certified.
How long does implementation take?
Time tracking is usually implemented in 3-10 working days. Personnel administration includes importing data and historical documents from REGES, 3 document templates and training.
