Employees and access credentials
The partner sends new employee records and employment start dates through an API. An employee can have multiple RFID cards or, where appropriate, biometric, facial or palm identifiers. Virtual credentials and an enrolment workflow can be used for the Creasoft Pass mobile application.

02 / Attendance events
Clock-in / clock-out logs
Creasoft provides attendance events for an agreed period. Synchronisation can be scheduled daily or more frequently, depending on the project. Events arriving late after a device or network outage can be recovered in subsequent synchronisations. The partner platform calculates working time.

Alternatively, Creasoft can deliver calculated working-time records such as attendance registers or collective timesheets. This requires shift schedules, leave, permissions and manual corrections, managed in Creasoft or imported from the partner HR system.

04 / Two-way HR integration
Documents, self-service and e-signatures
Via the partner API, Creasoft may receive individual payslips, employment certificates, leave balances and documents. Employees can view them through Creasoft Pass or HR Info Kiosk, submit requests or electronically sign documents. Requests and workflow outcomes can be synchronised back to the partner platform.
Employees can use services connected to their existing HR platform.

Partner-controlled administration
For deeper implementations, access permissions, RFID cards, virtual IDs and supported enrolment or removal of credentials may be managed entirely from the partner software. Administration interfaces can be integrated with the partner software, subject to supported API operations. Each operation depends on available and authorised API capabilities.

Technical API integrations with other HR platforms
API integrations have been implemented with Charisma HCM (TotalSoft) and True HR (UCMS by AROBS). These integrations were possible through the free Creasoft API made available to shared customers.
Security and access control
Creasoft also collaborates with Hyperfy and Hikvision in the security and access-control market.
REST API documentation and test environment
Technical partners can inspect the publicly available REST API documentation. Access to data and write operations remains subject to authorisation. Test environments and permissions should be reviewed before connecting partner systems.
Employee data and integration security
Integrations require suitable authentication, authorisation and access restrictions. For biometric credentials and individual employee documents, both parties must define their GDPR roles, processing purposes and retention rules. Every proposed workflow is subject to technical confirmation.
