Cookies
To make sure the Creasoft website works properly, we sometimes place small files called „cookies” on your computer or mobile device.
Their purpose is to let the website remember your preferences (such as user name, language, etc.) for a period of time, so you do not need to enter this data again while browsing the site during the same visit.
Creasoft usually uses 2 types of cookies, to:
store visitors’ preferences (filters/sorting) and language
handle authentication and the session
Visitor preferences
These cookies are set by Creasoft and remember:
whether you have accepted (or refused) this website’s cookie policy
whether you have already answered various pop-up surveys, so they are not shown to you again
Operational cookies
Some cookies must be included for certain web pages to work. For this reason they do not require your consent. These are:
authentication cookies
technical cookies required by certain IT systems
Authentication cookies
These are stored when you sign in to a website administered by Creasoft.
Traffic analysis and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic, together with Google Consent Mode. Analytics cookies are set only after you explicitly choose „Accept analytics”. Until then, or if you refuse, Google Analytics does not set or read cookies: the site only sends Google cookieless signals (for example, that a page was viewed or a form was submitted), from which Google estimates aggregate statistics. If you arrive from a Google ad, the ad identifier may be kept in the page address, not in cookies, to measure whether the ad led to a request. Refusing does not prevent you from browsing the site. Your choice is kept locally in your browser for at most 180 days and can be changed at any time with the „Cookies” button.
Analytics cookies, only with your consent: _ga and _ga_* (Google Ireland Limited), used to measure visits in aggregate, kept for up to 2 years. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies, and signals for personalised ads and remarketing are always turned off.
Deleting cookies from your device
You can delete all cookies already on your device by clearing your browser history. This deletes the cookies of every website you have visited.
However, this means you may lose some saved information (for example saved sign-in details or site preferences).
