Security and data protection
In short, how we protect your company data in Creasoft HR.
Hosted in the European Union
The platform and databases are hosted in Microsoft Azure, in the European Union. Backups also stay within the European Economic Area. We do not transfer data outside the EEA.
Your data stays yours
Each database has an administrator appointed by the client, who creates the users and sets their rights. Creasoft staff have no access rights to client data, and any technical connection to a client database triggers a real-time alert.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups are encrypted.
Backups
Automatic backups at hourly, daily, weekly and monthly intervals, replicated to a second EU location.
ISO 27001 certified
Our information security management system is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. You can find the certificate on the About Creasoft page.
Audit log
Sign-ins, permission changes, data exports and deletions are kept in an audit log that cannot be changed from within the application.
