What REGES-Online is
REGES-Online is the general employee register, administered by the Romanian Labour Inspectorate. Regulated by Government Decision no. 295/2025, it replaced the Revisal application: after 31 December 2025 Revisal no longer works, and employers submit employment contract data directly to REGES-Online.
What the Creasoft integration does
- During implementation, it imports the data of employees and existing contracts from REGES-Online.
- It sends the data of new contracts and changes to the register, from the digital employee file.
- It keeps the same data in the contract, the employee file and the register, so there are no differences.
- It leaves checking and confirming the submission to HR.
What risks it reduces
Penalties for late submission or incomplete data are set out in Government Decision no. 295/2025. For failing to enrol in REGES-Online on time, the specialist press has cited fines of RON 15,000-20,000. Entering data only once, in the digital employee file, reduces the risk of omissions and differences.
