HR sends the document.
From the digital employee file, to one employee or to a list of employees. The manager signs from their confirmed email address.

The employee reads it.
They receive the link by email or SMS and open the document on their phone, on a PC or at the Info Kiosk.

They confirm with a one-time code.
The OTP code arrives automatically. The signed document is saved in the employee’s file, with who signed, when and how.

Employees without email or a smartphone sign at the Kiosk, after identifying with a card, fingerprint or phone and, optionally, their personal numeric code (CNP) and an SMS code.

What type of electronic signature does Creasoft use?
An advanced electronic signature, with the signatory identified by a one-time OTP code sent by email and/or SMS and with a full audit trail of the operation. Creasoft is the technical integrator; trust services are provided by authorised providers.
Which documents can be signed?
Individual employment contracts, addenda, certificates, requests, decisions, health and safety and fire safety records, internal regulations and other HR documents. You decide the type of signature required for a particular document together with the company’s legal adviser.
What is the legal basis?
Regulation (EU) no. 910/2014 (eIDAS) and Government Emergency Ordinance no. 36/2021 on the use of advanced or qualified electronic signatures in employment relationships, together with the Romanian Labour Code.
