API integrations completed in projects with shared customers
Technical API integrations have been carried out with Charisma HCM (TotalSoft) and True HR (UCMS by AROBS). They were possible using the free Creasoft API made available to shared customers.

Hyperfy and Hikvision belong to the security and access-control ecosystem; they are not payroll software vendors.

Three levels of integration.
Level 1
Raw events.
Every clock-in and clock-out, in real time, to your system. Your system does the calculation.
Level 2
Synchronised employees.
Employees, departments and cost centres are synchronised automatically between systems.
Level 3
A payroll-ready collective timesheet.
Monthly totals, calculated according to your rules: hours worked, overtime, absences and leave.

We test on real shifts, absences and exceptions. HR and payroll confirm the result before day-to-day use.

How much does the API cost?
The API is free, included in the licence. Custom development for a system without a standard interface is estimated separately.
Which payroll software does it work with?
With any software that accepts data import or has a programmatic interface. We check the specific compatibility together with your provider before the quote.
Can I start with Excel export only?
Yes. Many companies start with export and move to the API later.
